For The Pandora Project, working with local partners is crucial in supporting safeguarding development through a process of
Co-creation and Capacity Strengthening.
Local partners bring essential insights into the cultural, social, and legal contexts of their communities, ensuring that safeguarding measures are culturally relevant and sensitive. By collaborating with local partners, the Pandora Project can build trust and relationships within the community, gaining acceptance and support for safeguarding initiatives.
This partnership approach allows for work with local organisations by strengthening their skills and knowledge, enabling them to take ownership of safeguarding practices. Tailored solutions developed through co-creation address specific local challenges, making safeguarding efforts more effective and sustainable. Ultimately, this collaboration enhances accountability and transparency, ensuring continuous improvement in safeguarding practices.
