Here the program features have been combined into packages that support either volunteers or long term humanitarian aid workers and coordinators. Onboarding/pre-volunteering
The package is designed to prepare the volunteer before their arrival to the field, The session introduces humanitarian practise, self care tools, the refugee context, discussions on what to expect and and overview of the socio-political situation in Greece.

Current volunteer
This package is designed to support the volunteer on the field through resilience building activities, self care practice community building, development of situational context and supervision. The package supports the volunteer through provision of training sessions and resources.

Offboarding/post-volunteering
This package is designed to support the volunteer after their time volunteering, It provides resources that support professional development, optional supervision sessions, reflective practice resources and self care practices.

A package specifically designed to support the wellbeing and nurture the emotional resilience of a long term humanitarian aid worker through supervision, resources, access to services and community activity.

Self Care Package
This package combines gentle physical practice with emotional resilience building tools. Ideal for those who need a reminder of self care practices or those taking Rest and Respite from the field.

NGO Coordinator Support
A package which combines self care with strategy, with a focus on managing time and personal stress to ensure that the coordinator can be supported in their work and create sustainable solutions to their professional challenges.

Self Compassion Course
This package consists of a 4 week training program to teach you to cultivate your own self compassion practice and toolkit to use in the workplace and beyond. You will learn how to create ways to better manage inner blockages, and how to exist in difficult workplaces. There are limited places on this course. Please book through The Pandora Project website.
